In this post we will be doing PART THREE this Crochet-a-long of Penny the cow. In part three we will be making the body!

This mermaid turned out to be so cute! What I love about mermaids are how versatile they are when it comes to colour! almost anything goes!
This patterns has some sewing but I promise it is all worth it in the end! It just makes the end results look better!

Start stuffing the bottom of the body.
Tip: you will now be placing the arms for your cow’s arm, you might need to adjust the arms if they don’t match up with the legs
26: SC3, Insert arm 1 (6 SC), SC 6, Insert arm 2 (6 SC), SC 3 [24]
27: (2 SC, DEC) x6 [18]
28-30: SC in each st around [18]
Slip stitch and leave a longish strand of yarn to attach the body to the bottom of the head. Stuff the body fully at this point. Attach the head to the body.
