Hi there, crocheters! Are you ready to enjoy an exciting new crochet-a-long with me? I have something special for you: the “Crochet-a-long Bunny”. It is my Birthday this month and I decided to make this bunny as it is my favorite animal to crochet!
This bunny is super easy to make and only takes same basic crocheting skills and stitches to complete! This bunny is not very big around 18cm/7inches which make it perfect when you are using blanket yarn. Follow along on this crochet project to make yourself this super cute amigurumi bunny.
In this free crochet-a-long I will give written instruction on how to make this bunny, however if you are looking for a more detailed pattern with Photo tutorial included and steps to where exactly to sew on the ears you can grab the PDF pattern in my shops.
Size of the crochet bunny: If you use the recommended size hook and yarn weight the pattern provides, the bunny will be around 18cm/7 inches. You can use any yarn that you have on hand, just remember to adjust your hook size accordingly.
SKILLS:
This is intermediate pattern. Basic amigurumi crochet skills are needed. Magic ring, Single crochet, increase and decrease.

What is a crochet-a-long?
Crochet-a-long or CAL is when a pattern is split into a few parts, and each section of the pattern is released on different dates set by the designer. Crochet-a-long is a fun project for people to finish over a certain amount of time.
How to take part of the crochet a long
There is two options to get notified when the CAL starts and when the next section of the CAL will be released.

What you will need to crochet this bunny pattern
Yarn Needed:
Double knit/light worsted yarn – I used Elle yarn Charity double knit
- Colour A: Body 40g
- Colour B: body 20g
- White and black embroidery floss for the facial details.
- scissors
- stuffing
- 10/12 mm safety eyes (optional)
- stitch marker
- tapestry needle
Crochet hook:
3.5mm Hook
