For the Crochet reindeer I used:

12mm Safety eyes and a 3.5mm hook.

For the Yarn I used light worsted weight yarn called Charity Pullskein from Elle Yarns in the colours, White/Rust/Lime/Red and the hoofs I use Snowball DK.

This Reindeer is about 19cm tall when sitting.

Previous post: In my last post I share how I turned my cute little Christmas penguin into a big plushy one. Read about it HERE.

FACE SHAPING:

Take a strand of yarn, the same colour as the reindeer, and knot it at the side, where the eye is, squeeze the eyes together by placing your thumb and index finger on each eye and work your needle with the yarn back and forth between the two eyes. Pull yarn tight each time to form the eye sockets “Dents” in the face. The tighter you pull the yarn tail the closer the eyes will be together. depending on the look you are going for.

Use some white thread to make the highlights for the eyes. The highlights are a long stitch around the bottom section of the safety eye.

NOSE EMBROIDERY:

Make a big upside-down Y with the brown yarn at the from of the face for the nose. The top of the Y should start 4 rounds above the MC, go straight down the center and enter the head 6 rounds below the MC. The little V at the bottom should go end two rounds below the center line and be 6 Stitches apart.
