How to crochet a baby bee-Free pattern!! This little bee first made his appearance on Tiktok and it became super popular among the crocheters and of course the kids!
This free crochet baby bee pattern is perfect for your next market!
If you are looking for something quick to make at the very last minute this free crochet baby bee is just what you need. I’m also using this pattern of mine to make some for my eldest first market coming up at the end of July.
What do you need?
- You will need some white, yellow, and black yarn (less than 40g). You can use different colors if you choose too.
- Need a little bit of stuffing
- Safety eyes 10mm or black embroidery floss for the eyes.
- Keychain if you want to make it a keyring holder.
- 3mm Crochet hook
- Yarn needle for sewing
- Some scissors to cut your yarn

BODY:
Note: Do not cut the yarn in between color changes.
COLOUR A: (Yellow)
1: MC, 6 SC [6]
2: INC x6 [12]
3: (SC, INC) X6 [18]
4: (2 SC, INC) X6 [24]
5: (3 SC, INC) x6 [30]
Insert your safety eyes after round 4. the MC would be the center of the face.
6: SC in each stitch around [30]
Colour B: (Black)
7-8: SC in each stitch around [30]
Colour A: (Yellow)
9-11: SC in each stitch around [30]
Colour B: (Black)
12-13: SC in each stitch around [30] – Stuff the body
Colour A: (Yellow)
14: SC in each stitch around [30]
15: (3 SC, DEC) x6 [24]
16: (2 SC, DEC) x 6 [18]
17: (1 SC, DEC) x6 [12]
18: (DEC) x6 [6] – Stuff the body fully by this point
Slip stitch, cut strand sew, and weave in the end.

WINGS: (Make two)
Colour C:(White)
1: MC, 5 SC [5]
2: INC x5 [10]
3: (SC, INC) x 5 [15]
Slip stitch and leave a strand of yarn long enough to sew the wing on top of the body between rounds 9-11.
You can now attach the keyring holder to the center of the bee as this is optional.
And you will be all done!
